Charity calling all cuddly creatures and critters

We are curently calling on all residents of the region to part with their unwanted teddies and furry friends, as part of our new Teddy Bear Amnesty campaign in aid of Cheshire-based charity, The Children’s Adventure Farm Trust (CAFT).

Graham Swann, Managing Director at David Wilson Homes North West, comments: “CAFT is a wonderful charity, so we are delighted to be able to offer them our support. We have already collected lots of great teddies, but we encourage everyone to have a root around at home and donate any of their soft toys which are no longer needed, as the children at CAFT are waiting to give them a loving home.”

Alistair Laing, Charity Relationship Manager at CAFT, adds: “At CAFT we rely on the assistance of the local community, so we would like to thank David Wilson Homes North West and all those who have already donated a toy for their kind support. We have no doubt that all of these new residents on our farm will prove very popular amongst the children.”

Residents of the North West can drop off their new, or as good as new, teddies at David Wilson Homes North West’s developments across the region.

The Children’s Adventure Farm Trust (CAFT) is a local organisation which works tirelessly to help terminally ill, disabled and disadvantaged children in the North West.
